Order Processing

After an order is placed, our fulfillment team will prepare the package for shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

If you need to cancel or update an order, please contact us as soon as possible at jessie@petprem.com. Once an order has already been shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

Shipping Method

We currently provide Standard International Shipping for all orders.

All packages are shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout. If you wish to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Shipping Cost

  • Orders over USD 39 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • For orders under USD 39, a shipping fee will apply. The exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically during checkout based on your destination.

The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final shipping fee charged for the order.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations. In such cases, items may arrive in more than one package.

Delivery Notice

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may redirect the parcel to a nearby pickup point or parcel locker. Customers may need to collect the package according to the carrier's instructions.
