Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the parcel from a carrier pickup location, the shipment may be returned.
Any costs incurred during this process may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
